About Us

Jan Murray (B.A., Osteopath, RMT, and certified Pilates instructor) has been providing quality fitness therapy for over 25 years. Her holistic approach, based on sound medical knowledge, has improved the lives of thousands of Ontario residents.

Throughout her career as a fitness therapist in private clubs and corporations, she has extended her professional credentials with ongoing studies.
